Be sure to try ALL of the steps, including checking on a mobile device if you really want to fix the problem!

Accounts can take up to 24 hours to arrive but they usually arrive much sooner.  We are located on the East Coast of the United States so please keep the time zone in mind. Sometimes there may be people in line ahead of you waiting for account credentials.

Please be patient.  If your account credentials do not arrive within 24 hours after checking your junk/spam folder, feel free to send us a note and we will escalate. Again, check your junk/spam folder and contact us first.

Free trials are bad because they don’t last long enough to allow you to get the full sense of a service. In order to truly experience a service you will need to try them for at least 1 month. 1 month allows you to see how the service runs during big live events, sports and PPV. You can’t get a sense of a service in 24 hours. Also, free trials can clog up a service with traffic from free trial users causing slowdowns for paying users and paying users don’t want anyone to slow their service down.

We provide customer support via email 7 days per week. Your email will reach us no matter where we are. We are on the East Coast and we reply as soon as we can during reasonable EST hours.

Starting Valentine’s Day (February 14th), every customer can request up to 15 movies (already released movies means that the movie cannot be in movie theaters and must be released for watching at home) and up to 10 TV series (already released) PER WEEK to add to the VOD section of Service 2.

The rules are super easy: 

1. Send us 1 email each week on Thursday with your ORDER NUMBER as the email subject line
2. In the email body, list the movies and/or TV shows you want to be added (up to 15 movies / up to 10 TV shows) and specify in the email that you want to be added to Service 2 VOD system.
3. Only send us 1 email per week on Thursday of each week with your ORDER NUMBER and requests to [email protected]

• PLEASE CHECK BOTH SERVICES FIRST BEFORE SENDING YOUR REQUESTS. SERVICE 1 and SERVICE 2 HAVE DIFFERENT CONTENT.
• PLEASE REMEMBER 1 EMAIL PER WEEK WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER AND UP TO 15 MOVIES & 10 TV SHOWS. 
• If you send a request without a valid order number we cannot do anything.
• If you send multiple emails per week your subsequent requests will be ignored as every person gets to send exactly 1 email per week.
• If you have multiple requests just wait and write everything in 1 email.
• We also can’t add every movie or show from every language or country so try to keep your requests as mainstream as possible and not too obscure.  We appreciate it.
• Again, send your email request on the Thursday of each week.
• We also CANNOT reply to these emails so if your request isn’t online by the following Sunday just send the request again the following week.

We are trying our best to keep this system smooth and free for all of our customers so please follow these simple rules.
